四、禁止使用 / Prohibited Uses

中文：未经材数库书面授权，以下行为不被允许：

整站镜像、批量抓取、数据库复制、页面批量再发布；
将材数库内容批量导入第三方数据库、知识库、数据产品或下载包；
将材数库内容作为主要数据来源，用于构建具有直接竞争关系的数据库、搜索系统、选材系统或商业信息产品；
用于模型预训练、继续训练、监督微调、蒸馏、长期语料库存储或训练集入库；
未经许可用于商业化 RAG 系统、企业知识库、API 服务、收费插件或批量数据接口；
绕过访问限制、登录限制、反爬措施、速率限制或缓存控制；
移除来源后再分发、再售卖、再授权或伪装为自有数据。

English: Without prior written authorization from Caishuku, the following are prohibited:

Full-site mirroring, bulk scraping, database copying, or mass republication;
Importing Caishuku content into third-party databases, datasets, or downloadable packages at scale;
Building competing databases, search engines, material-selection tools, or commercial data products primarily based on Caishuku content;
Using the content for pre-training, continued training, supervised fine-tuning, distillation, long-term corpus storage, or dataset creation;
Unauthorized commercial RAG systems, enterprise knowledge bases, APIs, paid plugins, or bulk data services;
Circumventing access controls, login restrictions, anti-bot protections, rate limits, or cache policies;
Redistributing or relicensing the content without attribution or as if it were original proprietary data.

五、关于 AI 训练 / AI Training

中文：材数库允许公开页面被合理抓取、索引、摘要和引用，用于搜索和答案展示；但这并不等同于授权将页面内容批量纳入训练集、向量库、企业知识库或长期可复用模型资产。
